When an app isn't enough.

Not everyone just needs an app. Some people need a real face. Cuminanza Helpers are people who proactively reach out to neighbours – coordinated through the platform, visible to everyone.

Municipalities can specifically commission or employ people whose role it is to reach out to vulnerable or lonely neighbours – not digitally, but in person. These Cuminanza Helpers are visible in the app by name, photo, and area of responsibility, for all residents.

Whether part-time employed, volunteering, or working within a social institution – the platform gives these people visibility and residents a sense of trust.
