By registering on Cuminanza you accept these Terms of Use. The platform is designed for neighbourly exchange and aims to foster a safe, respectful community.
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Cuminanza platform (web app and mobile app). By registering you accept these terms in full.
Registration requires a valid Swiss mobile number and a residential address in Switzerland. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the security of your account.
The minimum age for using Cuminanza is 16 years. Persons under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian.

You can report inappropriate content or users directly in the app. Cuminanza reviews all reports within 48 hours and takes appropriate action, such as removing content or suspending users. For serious violations (bullying, harassment, illegal content) accounts are suspended immediately.

Your personal data (name, address, phone number) is used exclusively to operate the platform and is not shared with third parties. Your phone number is not visible to other users. All data is stored on servers in Switzerland.

You are solely responsible for all content you publish. By publishing content you grant Cuminanza the non-exclusive right to display it on the platform. You may not publish copyright-protected content without permission.
You may request deletion of your content (posts, listings, messages, profile picture) at any time. Send us an email at info@cuminanza.ch describing the content you wish to remove. We will process your request within 48 hours and remove the content.
Cuminanza reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use without prior notice. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app feature (Profile → Settings → Delete account).
